Community Executive

As a Community Executive at our fast-growing sports venue team, you will be the heartbeat of our community, bringing people together, building bonds, and ensuring everyone has a top-notch experience. Key Responsibilities: - Event Segment: - Well-versed with Corporate Events, College Events, Birthday Parties (optional), and School Sports Day. - Understanding of basic events SOP including on-boarding, client requirements, pricing, and accounting. - Capable of closing events end-to-end and handling 10-15 enquiries per venue with advance booking enquiries. - Vendor management and negotiating skills are essential. - Understanding revenue generation through events and creating a rate card for smooth pricing processes. - Community Segment: - Grasp the concept and importance of community in Hudle. - Take initiatives to build and maintain the framework of community engagement. - Active participation in creating games, gathering players, and circulating community-related content and messages. - Emphasize customer engagement on the Hudle App for community involvement. - Photography skills are a plus. - Encourage venue staff involvement in building and running communities. - Tech: - Proficient in using smartphones (Android/IOS). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field (Sports Management/Business Administration/Technology preferred). In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be comfortable working both morning and evening shifts. Morning shifts are from 6 am to 2 pm, and evening shifts are from 3 pm to 11 pm. The CTC offered for this position is between 3 to 3.6 LPA.
