Community Executive

As a Community Executive at our fast-growing sports venue team, you will play a crucial role in bringing together sports enthusiasts and creating a vibrant community experience. You will be responsible for the following key areas: - Event Segment: - Well-versed with Corporate Events, College Events, Birthday Parties (optional), and School Sports Day. - Understanding of basic events SOP including on-boarding, client requirements, pricing, and accounting. - Ability to manage events end-to-end and handle 10-15 enquiries per venue with advance booking enquiries. - Vendor management and negotiation skills are essential. - Understanding revenue generation through events and creating a rate card for smooth pricing processes. - Community Segment: - Grasp the concept and importance of community in Hudle. - Take initiatives to build and maintain community engagement. - Actively create games, gather players, and circulate community-related content and messages. - Encourage customer engagement on the Hudle App for community interactions. - Photography skills will be beneficial. - Foster the involvement of venue staff in building and running communities. - Tech: - Proficient in using smartphones (Android/IOS). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field (Sports Management/Business Administration/Technology preferred). In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as a Community Executive, you will be expected to work both morning and evening shifts. The CTC for this position ranges from 3 to 3.6 LPA. The work location will be on the road.
