Job Description: As a Community Executive at India Accelerator, you will be the face of the co-working space, responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include: - Member Engagement: Build positive relationships with members, address their needs, and enhance their overall experience. - Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in process. - Community Management: Organize and coordinate community events, networking sessions, and other activities. - Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the workspace. - Issue Resolution: Handle member complaints and issues promptly and efficiently. - Administrative Support: Assist with billing, membership inquiries, and other administrative tasks. Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: Recent graduates in Hotel Management or related fields preferred. - Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Hospitality sector are encouraged to apply. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Personality: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. - Location Preference: Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate. - Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
