Community Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Engagement

• Build strong relationships with members to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all member queries and concerns, ensuring quick resolution.

2. Community Building

• Plan, organize, and execute events such as workshops, networking sessions, and celebrations.
• Create opportunities for member collaboration to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

3. Workplace Vibe Management

• Maintain a lively, inspiring, and aesthetically pleasing workspace environment.
• Bring creative ideas to enhance the overall member experience.

4. Client Retention

• Conduct regular feedback checks to track member satisfaction.
• Work closely with the operations team to improve service quality and retention.

5. Brand Representation

• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing BHIVEs culture and values.
• Promote community events, initiatives, and services to members and prospects.

6. Operational Support

• Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth transition into the community.
