Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commi I/ll to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in pastry or Indian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the head chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create innovative and fusion dishes.
  • Ensure all food is prepared on time and meets quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a commis in a professional kitchen setup.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Familiarity with Indian and South Indian cuisine.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
