Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commi III to join our team at Marriott International.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi III or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredient combinations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality food presentation and portioning.
