Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Commi II to join our team in the Chinese cuisine department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Ensure all food products are stored properly and used within their designated timeframes.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Commi II or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques is essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and machinery is necessary.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality is expected.
