We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contracts & Commercial Coordinator / Strategic Operations Coordinator to support our commercial operations, contracts management, and executive coordination for the President – Commercial & Marine Business. This multifaceted role combines legal, commercial, financial, and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and effective stakeholder communication.
•Draft, review, and finalize legal and commercial contracts.
•Manage printing, execution, and secure storage of legal documents.
•Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel.
•Analyze financial statistics, pricing structures, and commercial proposals.
•Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless execution of commercial processes.
•Maintain accurate commercial data, trackers, and periodic reports.
•Liaise with banks, insurance providers, and financial institutions.
•Support preparation of financial projections and relevant documentation.
•Assist in execution of financing arrangements, insurance renewals, and related tasks.
•Monitor invoicing and payment cycles, ensuring timely follow-ups.
•Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for collections and disbursements.
•Maintain up-to-date payment records and generate regular reports.
•Manage the President’s complex calendar, meetings, and appointments.
•Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
•Draft and review correspondence on behalf of the President.
•Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
•Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting documents.
•Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion.
•Coordinate between the President, leadership team, board members, and external stakeholders.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
•2–5 years’ experience in a similar coordination, commercial, or executive support role.
•Solid understanding of contracts, commercial documentation, and basic financial principles.
•Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word essential); ERP knowledge is a plus.
•Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
•Ability to handle multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
•High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
