Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee our commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and optimize operations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Business Development Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams Create and manage commercial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics Sales & Revenue Management Develop pricing strategies and optimize product positioning Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies E-commerce Operations Optimize online sales channels and marketplace presence Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches Analyze customer data and shopping behaviors to drive conversion improvements Manage inventory planning and demand forecasting Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies Required QualificationsExperience & Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field 5+ years of commercial, sales, or business development experience. Gift cards sales experience is important.
