Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Create and manage commercial forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Develop pricing strategies and optimize product positioning
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies

E-commerce Operations

  • Optimize online sales channels and marketplace presence
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches
  • Analyze customer data and shopping behaviors to drive conversion improvements
  • Manage inventory planning and demand forecasting
  • Oversee customer acquisition and retention strategies

Required QualificationsExperience & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of commercial, sales, or business development experience. Gift cards sales experience is important. Experince in dealing with technology and GCC's is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting commercial targets

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with data analysis

  • Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
