Commercial Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and managing customer quotations, pricing structures, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategic decisions.
• Manage customer contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for revenue optimization.
• Liaise with key clients for order management, issue resolution, and relationship building.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and follow up on payments when required.
• Assist in tender preparation and documentation for new business opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of commercial transactions and client communications.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Commerce or B.Tech.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contracts, pricing strategy, and customer account management is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (if applicable).
• Basic understanding of financial principles (costing, margins, P&L impact).
