The role demands deep expertise in power sector business development, a strong sales track record, and team leadership abilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies specifically for T&D (transmission line) projects in the East & North East Region. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders. Lead contract negotiations, project bids, and proposals to secure transmission line projects. Collaborate with technical teams and project management to align sales strategies with project execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the T&D sector. Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
