Roles and Responsibilities: Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Foster effective communication and seamless coordination with customers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments including Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Planning, Purchase, Shipping, Services, and Finance to ensure integrated execution and timely delivery. Project Planning & Scheduling: Conduct detailed planning and scheduling of project activities including setting input targets, performing feasibility analyses, identifying packages, and revising timelines to align with project milestones across cross-functional teams. Engineering Coordination: Collaborate with vendors for the finalization of Basic and Detailed Engineering deliverables including Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Contract Review & Risk Identification: Examine contractual documents thoroughly to evaluate execution feasibility, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and document necessary variations or amendments. Project Controls & Process Development: Participate in the creation and refinement of project planning and control processes. Develop schedules in accordance with project objectives, determining sequence and duration of critical activities. Execution Readiness & Documentation: Generate comprehensive project schedules ensuring inclusion of all critical data points. Prepare, review, and update project-specific procedures to meet contractual and quality standards. Client Interaction & Compliance: Liaise with clients regularly for timely approvals, technical instructions, and to resolve project-related concerns. Attend meetings and maintain consistent engagement to ensure customer satisfaction. Vendor Management & Procurement Monitoring: Oversee vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards and project procurement plans. Site Execution & EHS Compliance: Conduct periodic site reviews focusing on erection and commissioning activities.
