Commercial Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and coordinating various projects to ensure the successful execution of our commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of Monthly / Yearly Sales Report, Advance Licenses, Monthly / Yearly Raw-Materials Statement, Sales Outstanding order,

2. Having full knowledge of preparation of Dispatch documents.

3. Maintenance of Production Register.

4. Sales force Software → All activities like Sales/PSS/Sample/CSS etc update in Salesforce software. Maintaining data in Tally for all inventory (Raw Materials or Finish Product) etc.

5. Maintenance of various kinds of MIS like Plant Production report, Plant feedback report, Total sales report etc.

6. Coordination and communication with customers regarding status of order / dispatch / samples.

7. Preparing and timely submitting of all data and reports to HO for all production and Other Statutory Compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should have minimum 3 years experience in handling the commercial department / dispatch / MIS in a Manufacturing company may be given an extra advantage.

Minimum Graduate with Tally Prime Knowledge for managing Inventory Stock.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
