About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Executive to join our Commercial team. The primary responsibility of this role is to increase retail finance penetration by supporting dealers and finance partners in streamlining processes and driving conversions from billing to retail. If you have strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the confidence to achieve ambitious targets, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities Support dealers, DSPs, TEs, TMs, and AMs in implementing policies to enhance the conversion cycle from billing to retail in assigned regions. Monitor dealers to ensure timely submission of cases to Finance Partners with complete documentation, ensuring a low Retail Cycle Time (RCT). Maintain and update a model file of required finance documents for all national banks and NBFCs (e.g., L&T, Kotak, Magma) and ensure availability at each dealership. Coordinate with banks to help liquidate repossessed tractors on a best-effort basis and ensure disposal on a nil-loss sharing basis.
