Key Responsibilities
- Provide application engineering and technical support for turbomachinery products across enquiry, order execution, and after-sales stages.
- Act as the technical interface between customers, sales, engineering, operations, and service teams.
- Understand customer requirements and operating conditions to propose reliable and compliant technical solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, technical clarifications, and service issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical inputs for quotations, order documentation, and change management.
- Develop reports, trackers, and data analysis using MS Excel.
- Prepare professional technical and business presentations using PowerPoint.
- Maintain accurate records and transactions in SAP and update opportunities, activities, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Support customer meetings, reviews, and site visits as required.
- Ensure full compliance with company processes, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in turbomachinery application engineering, customer service, or technical support.
- Strong application knowledge of turbomachinery / rotating equipment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, report preparation, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
