Our portable, multi-parametric device enables 75+ instant tests—including blood, urine, ECG, and vitals—using a simple finger-prick. Designed for remote and resource-limited settings, HELO HEALTH supports Primary Health Centres, NGOs, and government programs in delivering affordable, immediate, and actionable healthcare at the last mile.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thane for a Commercial Account Executive. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented person to oversee and manage our back-office operations, financial accounting, administrative functions, supply chain activities, and end-to-end accounts payable & receivable processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, smooth day-to-day operations, and compliance with all statutory requirements, while also supporting efficiency and cost control across the supply chain.


Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts & Finance

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions including bookkeeping, general ledger, trial balance, and finalization of accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

2. Payables & Receivables

  • Oversee Accounts Payable: vendor bill processing, payment scheduling, reconciliation, and timely disbursement.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable: invoicing, follow-ups, reconciliation, and collection efficiency.
  • Implement credit control policies and monitor outstanding balances.

3. Back Office & Administration

  • Supervise back-office operations including documentation, MIS reporting, and records management.
  • Manage administrative tasks like office supplies, vendor coordination, and employee support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

4. Supply Chain & Procurement

  • Coordinate procurement activities: vendor selection, purchase orders, and stock management.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, inward/outward material, and supply chain costs.
  • Work closely with operations to align supply chain efficiency with organizational goals.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate regular MIS reports on financial performance, receivables, payables, and supply chain.
  • Provide management with actionable insights for cost optimization and cash flow management.
  • Develop and implement process improvements in accounting and administration
