We are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our one-of-a-kind HR team to support Snowbit’s growth. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will ensure a healthy flow of candidates to support Snowbit’s rapid growth in India. The role will include responsibility for appropriately positioning and building awareness for Snowbit and Coralogix in the market, devising and executing on sourcing and recruitment strategy, building prospects pipelines for all Snowbit positions, executing subsequent screening and shortlisting activities, offer building, closure and on-boarding. What your role will look like: Appropriately positioning and building awareness for Snowbit and Coralogix in the market Proactively execute and iterate on sourcing and assessment initiatives to meet Snowbit’s short- and long-term talent needs. This will include actively finding, engaging and attracting passive candidates via various search techniques and sourcing via job boards, employee referral program, placement agencies, recruitment social media, etc. Partner with business and functional leaders and the wider HR and Recruiting team to understand hiring plans and business priorities to accordingly develop and execute sourcing and recruitment tactics Actively build and screen (phone and in-person interviews) the pipeline for all open positions to ensure only the best candidates with the relevant experience move forward Establish and monitor Snowbit’s sourcing, screening and recruitment KPIs and iterate as needed to ensure we are a strong contributor to Snowbit’s growth.
