Total Rewards and People Ops Director

Coralogix is searching for a strategic, experienced, and hands-on Total Rewards and People Operations Director to join the global People team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of the company's global compensation, benefits, and people operations programs. Your role will involve shaping the way employees are rewarded, recognized, and supported across various geographies, while ensuring fairness, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities will include managing the global total rewards strategy, comprising base salary, bonus structures, and equity programs. You will also be tasked with designing and implementing long-term incentive plans, conducting compensation benchmarking, and leading compensation governance across multiple countries. Additionally, you will oversee budgeting, headcount planning, bonus programs, equity grant cycles, organizational leveling structures, and mobility/relocation processes. In the realm of People Operations, you will supervise the People Ops team, manage HRIS systems, oversee employee lifecycle processes, collaborate closely with other departments, develop internal HR policies, and support organizational structuring and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in global compensation & benefits, with a significant portion of that time spent in a senior or strategic leadership role. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with compensation surveys, and experience working in global organizations are also required. Moreover, the ability to work hands-on, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and comfort with HRIS systems and data reporting are essential.
