Collections Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Collections Specialist to join our team at Staff4Me. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring timely payment of outstanding accounts receivable. Responsibilities{​{:} } Conduct outbound collection calls in a professional manner to maintain customer relationship s Instruct customers on how to process payments via our online porta l Provide daily, weekly tracking reports and metrics on outstanding A R Document collection activity within our collections module and Exce l Provide customer invoices, statements, and contracts as requeste d Identify and fully document any disputed items from customers and coordinate with internal departments for resolutio n Resolve client-billing problems and decrease accounts receivable delinquenc y Requirements{​{: } } 3 years relevant work experien c e Prior experience in commercial collections or accounts receivable is a must (minimum $10,000 collection experienc e ) Proficiency in using collection management software and MS Office applicatio n s Strong negotiation and communication skil l s Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressu r e Good problem-solving and analytical skil l s Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integri t y Strong organizational and time management abiliti e s Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environme n t Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections is a pl u s Requiremen t s Prior experience in commercial collections or accounts receivable (minimum $10,000 collection experienc e ) Proficiency in collection management software and MS Office applicatio n s Strong negotiation and communication skil l s Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressu r e Good problem-solving and analytical abiliti e s Benefi ts- Competitive salary and benefits packag e.- Opportunity for growth and career developmen t.- Training and support to enhance technical and customer service skill s.- Work in a dynamic and multicultural environmen t.
