The Field Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, assessing their financial needs, and promoting our range of loan products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting on-site assessments, collecting client information, and ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory requirements. The Field Executive will also provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or queries they may have regarding their loans. Qualifications \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services Client-focused approach and problem-solving skills Ability to conduct thorough assessments and due diligence Knowledge of the financial industry and microfinance sector is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in relevant software and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
