Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Hyderabad. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of collection policies and procedures, managing a team of collection agents, negotiating payment arrangements with clients, and monitoring collection activities to ensure targets are met. The role also involves analyzing data to optimize collection processes and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in collections management, customer service, and debt negotiation
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis and ability to optimize collection processes
Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
