Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Alwar. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collections process, managing outstanding accounts, ensuring timely payments, and reducing delinquency rates. This role involves coordinating with clients, monitoring accounts, setting up payment plans, and preparing reports on collection activities and progress. Additionally, the Collections Manager will develop strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of collection efforts.

Qualifications

Experience in managing collections, accounts receivable, and outstanding accounts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and implement effective collection strategies
Proficiency in using accounting and collections software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
