Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager located in Jaipur. The Collections Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations related to debt collection, ensuring timely recovery of payments while maintaining customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing and training collection teams, monitoring collection targets, identifying and resolving issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to optimize performance metrics.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Debt Recovery, Payment Collection, and Account Reconciliation
Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Abilities
Experience in Team Management, Leadership, and Performance Optimization
Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Banking Policies related to Collections
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in collections or similar roles is an advantage
Familiarity with digital tools and software for collection management is beneficial
