Ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with their banking needs. Supporting the team in achieving operational efficiency and adherence to internal processes. Learning and strictly complying with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms, KYC). Assisting with accurate documentation, record-keeping, and generating routine reports. Collaborating effectively with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Actively participating in all training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and professional skills. Identifying opportunities for service improvement and contributing to a positive customer experience.
