Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2

As a Client Service Officer at the company, you will play a vital role in delivering Custody Services to both internal and external institutional clients in the EMEA/US Markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating product knowledge of various instruments of Securities Markets - Managing and executing client transactions ensuring compliance with audit standards and completing them in a timely manner - Taking ownership of client investigations and collaborating with operational and middle office teams for effective resolution - Coordinating account maintenance for all products and reporting account status changes, rates, and fee waivers - Enforcing banking policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity and high client satisfaction - Proactively arranging and participating in client calls, as well as performing service quality check-in calls - Identifying and documenting new business opportunities for referral to product specialists - Performing responsibilities proficiently using Citi applications and participating in service-related process improvements For this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - 7-9 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Client Services role in Custody Settlements - Experience in the capital markets domain with front-to-back knowledge - Flexibility to work in shifts - Self-starter with strong team player skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills - Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills with attention to detail - Client-facing experience with a background in operations and compliance, and knowledge of investments, banking, and custody products Education: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level overview of the work involved.
