Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Manager, primarily based in Ajmer, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage collection processes, ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, and handle customer queries related to collections. Responsibilities include strategizing and implementing collection plans, monitoring overdue accounts, maintaining compliance with regulatory policies, and collaborating with internal teams. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing collection data, and providing inputs to enhance overall collections performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Collections Management, Debt Recovery, and relevant compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Report Preparation, and Problem-Solving
• Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
• Time Management, Decision-Making, and Strategic Planning abilities
• Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and ensure productivity in both office and remote settings
