Collection Manager


🔹 Experience & Expertise

  • 8+ years

    of experience in Debt Collection Management

  • 5+ years

    leading and managing collection teams
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    NPA and Write-Off portfolios

  • DRA Certification – Mandatory


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize NPA and write-off portfolios to maximize recovery
  • Lead, mentor, and scale collection teams across geographies
  • Ensure strict adherence to

    RBI guidelines

    and

    Fair Practice Code (FPC)

  • Oversee legal recovery processes and vendor coordination
  • Drive recovery strategies using

    portfolio analysis and MIS reporting

  • Handle escalations, negotiations, and complex customer cases effectively
