Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collections process, developing strategies to improve recovery rates, and maintaining accurate records of collection activities. Additional tasks include coordinating with clients, resolving disputes, managing accounts receivable, and providing regular reports to upper management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of collections processes and techniques
• Experience in managing accounts receivable and resolving disputes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies for improving recovery rates
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and providing reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus
