Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Mumbai. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relations, understanding and addressing client needs, providing tailor-made real estate solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, conducting market research, preparing and presenting proposals, and collaborating with the advisory team to deliver effective solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records and ensuring timely follow-ups. Qualifications Excellent client relationship management and communication skills Strong market research and analytical skills Ability to prepare and present proposals effectively Experience in the real estate industry, knowledge of project marketing, and commercial and retail leasing Proficiency in using technology and real estate CRM systems Experience in strategic advisory and mandate-driven sales is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
