Job Description

Urgent Opening In Yes Bank As Collections Manager (Call Centre)

Location : Navi Mumbai / NOC Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for collections from delinquent customers across various loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Unsecured Loans, Credit Cards, and Retail Banking.
Oversee the entire collections process including dialer management, bucket handling, NPA management, shrinkage control, attrition reduction strategies.
Develop and implement effective call center management plans to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement in collections processes and implement changes accordingly.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to debt recovery practices.

Responsibilities

• Barge in on calls and assess the quality of calls of the callers.

Manage training needs for callers on the floor.
Ensure that all his collection executives are DRA trained & certified
Map performance vs. target and review them Internal Control

Note: We need atleast 5 to 6 years experience in Call Center background
