Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Collections Manager. The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection process, managing the collections team, and ensuring timely payments. They will analyze accounts, communicate with clients, and implement effective collections strategies. Additionally, the role involves reporting on collection activities, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of collection processes, account management, and credit analysis
• Experience in team management, client communication, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in using collections software and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance, and industry best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferable
• Experience in the business processing industry is a plus
