The Collections Manager will be responsible for managing the collections team, developing and implementing collection strategies, overseeing the collections process, and ensuring payments are received in a timely manner. The Collections Manager will also handle negotiating payment arrangements, resolving customer disputes, and maintaining accurate records of all collections activities. Qualifications Experience in Collections Management and developing Collections Strategies Strong Negotiation and Conflict Resolution skills Proficiency in using Collections Software and maintaining accurate records Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
