The ideal candidate will ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from customers, track recovery performance, and implement strong follow-up systems to maintain healthy cash flow. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end debt recovery process for insurance premium payments and pending EMIs. Identify, track, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection. Handle customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email for reminders and settlements. Coordinate with the Accounts & Operations team to verify payments and reconcile reports. Maintain daily recovery MIS and report collection status to management. Implement collection strategies to reduce outstanding dues and minimize bad debts. Supervise and motivate recovery agents / telecallers to achieve team targets. Handle escalations from customers professionally and ensure dispute resolution. Recommend legal or escalation actions in high-risk or long-pending cases. Track and analyze recovery trends to improve efficiency. --- Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in insurance, banking, NBFC, or collection process. Proven track record of achieving monthly recovery targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong data management and follow-up discipline. Working knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and payment reconciliation. Leadership ability to handle and guide a small recovery team. Preferred background: Insurance premium recovery / EMI collection / Loan recovery. --- Performance Metrics: Recovery ratio vs. total outstanding. Average days to collect (DSO).
