Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Team Leader experienced in Debt Recovery and Collection to lead our collection team and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing telecallers and field executives, setting collection targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage a team of collection agents / telecallers / field executives. Assign and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets. Develop and implement strategies for effective debt recovery. Handle high-value or difficult accounts and negotiate settlements directly with customers. Track team performance and ensure achievement of recovery KPIs. Ensure all recovery processes comply with RBI and company regulations. Maintain accurate MIS reports, collection dashboards, and payment records. Train and motivate team members to improve productivity and communication. Coordinate with the accounts, legal, and customer service teams for dispute resolution. Identify and escalate potential risk accounts in a timely manner.
