Job Title: Team Leader – Telesales (Insurance) Location: Kharadi, Pune Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon–Sat) --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Handling & Monitoring: Supervise a team of 5–10 telesales executives (BDMs) Allocate leads daily and ensure proper distribution Monitor daily call time, talk time, and call quality Ensure each team member meets daily/weekly sales targets 2. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for daily tracking Submit reports to management on closures, leads, and productivity Identify low performers and provide feedback or escalation 3. Motivation & Coaching: Motivate the team to perform under pressure Drive incentive-based performance with positive reinforcement Conduct quick huddles and review meetings 4. Sales Support: Guide team members in objection handling and closing calls Assist in tough customer situations to help close sales Provide backup support when team members are absent 5.
