Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a result-oriented Team Lead to oversee the Personal Loan Collection Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of collection executives, ensuring timely recovery of dues, and maintaining healthy portfolio performance while adhering to company and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of collection executives. Achieve monthly and quarterly collection and recovery targets. Monitor delinquent accounts and strategize recovery plans to minimize NPAs. Ensure accurate follow-up on overdue accounts and customer commitments. Handle escalated cases and negotiate settlements in line with company policy. Generate daily and weekly MIS reports on collections performance and team productivity. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to the team to achieve high performance. Ensure compliance with fair collection practices and internal audit standards. Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams for account resolution. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and people management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Target-driven with analytical and problem-solving mindset. Sound understanding of personal loan products and recovery processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and collection management tools.
