Job Title: Co-founder – Growth & Strategy | Marketing Agency Location: Bhopal / Remote (India-based preferred) Employment Type: Co-founder / Equity Partnership Company: Instainnovate – A creative marketing agency built for the digital age. We help brands and businesses grow their online presence through storytelling, content, strategy, and performance-driven campaigns. About Us Instainnovate is a fresh, ambitious marketing agency that works with D2C brands, ecommerce businesses, and emerging startups. We’re not your average agency we’re on a mission to build a lean, creative powerhouse that delivers bold ideas, sharp strategies, and measurable ROI. We already work with cool brands like Cartoonpanti and Guilt-Free, and we’re building something bigger. But no great journey is done alone. We’re looking for a co-founder — not just a partner in title, but someone who thinks like an owner, acts like a hustler, and builds like a visionary. What You’ll Be Doing As a co-founder, you’ll be responsible for helping shape and grow the agency from the inside out. This isn’t a 9-to-5 job — it’s a long game. You will: • Co-lead the growth, vision, and execution of Instainnovate • Build relationships and onboard new clients (D2C brands, real estate businesses, etc.) • Help structure and scale our service offerings (creative shoots, performance marketing, content marketing, websites, ecommerce setup) • Lead or contribute to creative and digital strategies for client brands • Set up lean operational systems, project workflows, and client management pipelines • Recruit and mentor freelance creatives and interns (lean team model) • Represent Instainnovate at events, online platforms, and within startup ecosystems Who We’re Looking For This role is for someone who doesn’t just want a job you want to build a company. We’re looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial, marketing-savvy person with the right balance of creative thinking, growth mindset, leadership skills, and execution ability.
