Role Overview We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes ROAS, optimization, and experimentation. If you're passionate about driving measurable growth, love testing new ideas, and thrive in a creative, collaborative environment — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels Own performance marketing budgets and optimize daily to maximize ROAS and lead/sales efficiency Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance Collaborate with the design and content team to build high-converting ads and landing experiences Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ad Manager, and internal dashboards Present reports with actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform changes, and D2C growth strategies What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Strong grip on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, keyword planning, and audience segmentation Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, charts, and dashboards Strong communication and time management skills Experience managing ad budgets with proven ROAS-driven campaigns Bonus Points Prior agency experience or working with D2C or real estate brands Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications Understanding of funnels, e-commerce CRO, and retargeting Why Work at InstaInnovate?
