We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who thrives in a startup environment, is hands-on with content planning & execution, and is excited to shape the voice of brands.

📍 Location: Bhopal (In-office only)

💼 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience & performance)

🕒 Joining: Immediate preferred

• Strategize, plan & schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers, founders, and creators to bring content to life
• Analyze performance data & optimize content for better reach and engagement
• Manage client accounts like a pro — from calendar planning to execution
• Plan influencer collaborations & digital campaigns
• Lead social shoots, reels, stories, and creative brainstorms
• Keep up with the latest trends, memes, formats, and AI tools
• Contribute to marketing plans and support in growing community engagement

• Must be from Bhopal or ready to relocate (no remote opportunity)
• Serious, growth-oriented candidates with a startup mindset
• 0-2 years of experience in social media/content/marketing (freshers with solid knowledge welcome)
• Strong communication & creative thinking skills
• Understanding of social media tools, Instagram algorithms, Canva, scheduling tools, and trends

• You’re not serious about working in a startup environment
• You’re not from Bhopal and unwilling to relocate
• You’re looking for a 9-5 without challenges
