Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  Google Ads

• Execute full-funnel strategies focused on lead generation, ecommerce sales, and retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance using key KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPL, and CAC
• Run A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize performance
• Collaborate with creative, web, and content teams to ensure alignment and consistency
• Deliver detailed performance reports and insights to guide optimization
• Handle daily budget pacing, audience segmentation, and funnel tracking
• Stay current with platform updates, industry benchmarks, and competitor strategies

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong command over

  Meta Ads Manager

  and

  Google Ads

• Proven track record in running campaigns for

  e-commerce and D2C brands

• Deep understanding of targeting strategies, custom audiences, pixel/event setups
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills
• Agency experience or the ability to handle multiple brand campaigns is a plus
