About the Role

Performance Marketer

daily sales, revenue, and growth

If you understand the Ayurvedic customer psychology, have scaled campaigns profitably, and can build high-performing funnels — we want you.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch & scale

    Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads

    for sales and lead generation
  • Run

    Google Search, Display & YouTube ads

  • Build complete top, middle, and bottom funnel campaigns

  • Create high-converting ad sets, creatives, audiences & landing pages

  • Work closely with the design team for performance-focused creatives

  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR & CVR

  • Run A/B tests

    on creatives, copies, hooks & offers
  • Manage

    daily budgets

    and ensure consistent sales flow
  • Analyse performance data and prepare weekly revenue reports
  • Suggest product page improvements based on ads behaviour
  • Stay updated with ad trends, policies, and Ayurvedic market insights

Required Skills

  • Minimum

    2–5 years of experience

    in Performance Marketing
  • Mandatory:

    Experience with Ayurvedic / Herbal / Wellness / Health supplements brands
  • Proven track record of generating

    profitable ROAS

  • Strong understanding of consumer funnels, targeting, and scaling strategies

  • Ability to write or guide high-converting ad copies

  • Deep understanding of Ayurvedic customer behaviour

  • Strong analytical & data-driven approach

  • Experience managing ₹5L–₹30L+/month ad budgets

    is a plus
