Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Shape and drive company vision, long-term direction, and business strategy
• Build and scale ERP consulting practice across chosen platforms (Workday/SAP/Oracle)
• Lead organization structure, operating model, GTM strategies, and revenue plans
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Business Development & Growth

• Generate new business opportunities and develop strong CXO/customer relationships
• Lead proposals, pre-sales, RFP responses, and partnership programs (OEM Alliances)
• Identify industry segments and build targeted service offerings and solutions
• Manage P&L responsibility and financial planning

Delivery & Practice Management

• Oversee project delivery excellence, driving quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
• Build delivery frameworks, methodologies, accelerators, and best practices
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams
• Drive capability building, certifications, and talent development

Operations & Governance

• Define policies, internal systems, compliance, and governance structure
• Build culture based on integrity, innovation, accountability, and customer-first values
• Drive operational efficiency and automation

What you bring

• 12–20+ years experience in ERP / HCM / Cloud transformation programs
• Proven experience leading large programs, consulting practice, or P&L ownership
• Strong customer network (CXO) and ability to secure business deals
• Deep industry expertise in one or more platforms:

  Workday, SAP, Oracle Cloud, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, EPM, ERP Finance, Payroll

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take risk & build from zero
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship management skills
