Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with6 to 8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidateshould possess strong technical expertise in the following areas: HCM Extracts,BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader)

In addition, the candidate should havehands-on experience working across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules,including: Payroll, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL),Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Key

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher(BIP), HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Fast Formulas.
Proven experience in working with OracleHCM modules: Payroll, Absence Management, ORC, Compensation and OTL.
Experience with Fast Formulas,Personalization, workflows, and REDWOOD is a plus
Strong problem solving, communication, andinterpersonal skills.
