Co-Founder & CTO (AI/ML & Full-Stack Focus) -Co-Founder / Equity-Based (with potential for salary upon funding)

We are looking for a hands-on, product-obsessed technical Co-Founder who will serve as the CTO. You will own the entire technology strategy and execution, from designing the architecture and developing the MVP to scaling the platform and building a future engineering team. Your deep expertise in both AI/ML and full-stack development will be the engine of our company.

• Technical Vision & Strategy: Define the long-term technology roadmap, making critical decisions on stack, infrastructure, and architecture to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Full-Stack Development: Build, ship, and iterate on a beautiful, functional, and robust web application. You will own both the front-end and back-end.
• AI/ML System Design & Implementation: Architect, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models. You will be responsible for the entire ML pipeline—from data collection and preprocessing to model serving and monitoring in a production environment.
• Product Leadership: Work directly with the other co-founder(s) to translate business needs and user stories into technical requirements and a tangible product. Your input will shape the product itself.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Set up and manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools to ensure a reliable and efficient development process.
• Future Team Building: Eventually, lead the hiring process for future engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Exceptional Communicator: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical co-founders, potential investors, and early customers.

Technical Skills (Must-Have):

• AI/ML Expertise:
• Proven experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and key libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
• Experience with MLOps tools for versioning, orchestration, and deployment (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker) is a huge plus.
• Back-End Development:
• Expertise in building scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Proficiency in one or more modern server-side frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Spring Boot).
• Strong knowledge of database design and management (SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL; and/or NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Front-End Development:
• Expertise in a modern JavaScript framework (React is highly preferred, but Vue or Angular acceptable).
• Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management, component libraries, and building responsive, user-centric interfaces.
• DevOps & Cloud:
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CDK) is a plus.
