Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Mumbai, India (with relocation requirement)

Reports to: CEO & Board of Directors

Commitment: Full-time (Co-Founder Role)

We are an early-stage startup focused on Logistics & Transportation, with a mission to redefine speed, efficiency, and customer experience in the logistics and grocery delivery space. We are building a scalable, tech-driven business model and seeking a visionary Co-Founder & CTO to join our founding team and spearhead the technology strategy, product development, and innovation roadmap.

Role Overview

As Co-Founder & CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by building and scaling our core technology platform. This includes leading product architecture, system design, AI-driven innovation, and infrastructure. You will also be responsible for assembling and mentoring a world-class technology team while aligning tech vision with business goals and investor expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long-term technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of the quick-commerce and logistics platform.
• Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing technology team.
• Create a robust and scalable technical infrastructure (backend, frontend, cloud, databases).
• Ensure strong foundations in system performance, uptime, security, and scalability.
• Implement best practices in data security, privacy, and compliance (aligned with Indian IT and data protection laws).
• Drive product innovation through automation, data analytics, and AI.
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and operations to deliver business impact.
• Communicate technology milestones, risks, and opportunities to the Board and future investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technology leadership roles (preferably in logistics, quick commerce, or e-commerce).
• Proven track record of building and scaling technology platforms/products.
• Deep expertise across cloud technologies, databases, architecture design, and product development.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience in hiring and managing tech teams.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
