Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap.
• Lead product development from concept to launch.
• Build and manage a strong technical team.
• Select and implement appropriate technologies.
• Collaborate with co-founders on fundraising and strategy.
• Own technical decisions and system architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer (startup experience preferred).
• Expertise in [your stack—e.g., full-stack development, cloud, AI/ML, mobile apps].
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Willing to commit as a Co-Founder with long-term vision.
