• Sales & Marketing Leadership:

  Own revenue, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. Build and mentor sales & marketing teams.

• Strategic Partnerships:

  Forge alliances with universities, placement agencies, corporates, and training providers.

• Fundraising:

  Lead efforts for

  Seed B funding

  and investor relations. Represent InTechNative in pitch forums, accelerators, and VC networks.

• Market Expansion:

  Define monetization models, scale operations in India, and expand globally.

Ideal Profile:

• 10+ years of leadership in

  Sales, Business Development, Growth, or Marketing

  in

  SaaS product / HRTech

  .
• Entrepreneurial mindset with

  previous startup or scale-up experience

  .
• Strong

  network with universities, corporates, and investors

• Track record in
