Cluster Manager - Retail Institutions

As a Team Manager, your prime responsibility is to manage a team of SRM/RM in the state. You will ensure that they effectively interact and liaise with Finance Heads, Accounts Officers, and Key Decision Makers in various Institutions such as Trusts, Societies, Educational bodies, Hospitals, Associations, Clubs, Co-op Banks, Cooperatives, Religious/ Charitable Organizations, Corporate/PSUs retirlas, NGOs, etc. Your goal will be to source business and offer customized financial solutions to meet the needs of these clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the growth of your own and regional CASA & TD portfolio by cross-selling products and services such as CMS, Trade/FX, Loans, Fees Collection, and Digital banking solutions. - Collaborate with RL branches to source new business and provide tailored product/sales support to branches involved in lead generation. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and presentation skills, along with negotiation abilities to engage with individuals at various organizational levels and external environments. - Proficiency in sales and relationship management, including knowledge of deal structuring and various financial products/services like Cash Management, Trade/FX, and General Banking Products. - Interpersonal effectiveness and influencing skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate persuasively using data and logic. - Analytical skills to break down complex issues, identify trends, understand client needs, and manage information in a structured manner.
