As a Cluster Manager based in Siliguri, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned cluster. Your role will involve managing and supporting VLE partners, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving growth initiatives. You will be tasked with planning and executing strategies to achieve organizational goals, monitoring performance metrics, and upholding excellent customer service standards. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure seamless service delivery and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Operational Management and Team Leadership, experience in Developing and Executing Strategies, adeptness in Performance Monitoring and Reporting, skills in Customer Service Management and Community Engagement, excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities, strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills, and prior experience in the EV industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is also necessary.,
